The Biggest Trends in Sunglasses this Season

Trendoid Tuesdays only on MFM 92.6

I was at a Designer Fashion Day yesterday and saw loads of vintage and retro inspired sunglasses, which reminded me of all the great new trends I’ve been seeing in designer shades.

Here are my top choices for shades this winter:

Rounded 50’s & 60’s Inspired Glasses

Super old school and made famous by Chanel.

Bright Retro Shades by Burberry

These are the perfect retro shades because they are so bright and versatile for the current retro vibe in fashion.

Classic Polarized Aviators

Aviator sunglasses have been popular ever since Tom Cruise wore them in Top Gun – go for a bigger shape for a more modern look.

70’s Wayfarer Shades

The Wayfarer Shade is a huge trend right now and also my favorite, with major fashion houses featuring them like Tom Ford as well as some more avoidable brands like Mr. Price.

SHEER MAXI DRSSES

„Maxi Dresses Mania „ has hit the fashion world! Guys, I guess you know every single detail about this trend, so I wanted to draw attention to the sheer material used by many designers.

Personally, I think it adds a bit of glamor and sex appeal. Yes, these dresses are definitely revealing but prove that high fashion has no boundaries. It allows each designer to show their expression.

Of course, we won't walk down the street half naked, so there are many acceptable ways to pull this off.
But we can enjoy the fashion!

DON’T WE LOVE CRAZY SHOES?

Probably no one will surpass Alexander McQueen's armadillo shoes but we saw lots of crazy shoes this seson. When sth is crazy there is a big probability that I will like it because I think of fashion as art and crazy designs as a masterpieces. I won't bore you with a long and boring text as I did in my last post and I'll leave you to enjoy the pics!
