Three main trends jumped out from the Steve Maddencollection – Animal Prints, Vivid Bright’s and Sexy Studded Shoes. The men’scollection of boots was also really trendy and something I would love for myown wardrobe.

ALDO Launches Mr. B

ALDO is launching a new luxury collection of shoes – Mr. B – atselected SA Stores. The Mr. B line fuses together an authentic old world charmwith a modern aesthetic, and are available at ALDO Menlyn, ALDO Sandton, and ALDOV&A Waterfront.

The Mr. B collection is named after the founder of ALDO – AldoBensadoun, also known as Mr. B by his team and peers. The process in makingthese ultra chic shoes involves over 213 steps, most of which are completed byhand in Europe.

The collection consists out of an arsenal of styles, including arange of classics, old english styles, refined rock, penny loafers, brogues,chukka boots and lace-less toe cap designs.

Take a look at these Custom Made Hermes-Print Vans by Robert Verdi. There are 66 sneakers in total and it is easy to see why these “Vans” are so popular: it offers comfort, function and fashion. Providing much variety through the different prints, the custom collection includes delicate Japanese florals, regal chain-motifs and Alice in Wonderland style characters.

Sadly, the shoes aren't going to be mass-produced, they're merely for Verdi's personal collection. BUT we can still hope and dream for a pair of these one of a kind designs!
