This is the trend I especially love because it isn't too girly but it's still feminine and sexy. With these skirts you can go from disco diva to a business woman. Don't ya think? Their popularity was enormous in the 80s and 90s but it dwindled in the early 2000s and now they’re back. They are not reserved just for the heavy metal or goth subcultures. I think everybody should rock them.
