In a sit down interview with Dr.90210 him self, I learned about the new book he’s been working on to help us all to look and feel better about what we see in the mirror. Body by Rey is the brain child of acclaimed Plastic Surgeon Dr. Robert Rey who we all know and love form the Reality TV Series Dr.90210, in his book he explains how he got his killer abs and how we all have a choice to either be fat & old or to stay YOUNG & TONED by using his advice.
I asked Dr. Rey if the old saying that a beautiful body all comes down to genetics was true, and he very vibrantly explained that it was all a bunch of bull, and just a way for people to make up excuses. Listing to the Doctor I was amazed how enthusiastic and happy he was, so I asked him about it and he said that “I choose to be happy, I make a decision every day to be happy” and he also explains how having a positive attitude is the key to being successful and happy in every day life.

I have to admit that I really enjoyed chatting to Dr. Rey and learning from him how to take better care of my self by using the techniques in Body by Rey. This amazing book will retail for R239.95 and will be available at selected CNA stores nation wide.
