Over 50 birds including white swans poisoned in Wuhan

On Feb. 8, 2012, environmental protection activists were searching for the birds under the nation protection that were poisoned at a wetland in Wuhan, the place where thousands of birds flied from the North to each winter. Over 50 birds, including two white swans, were found dead at the wetland.As many bird traps and bags containing Carbofuran were found along a lakeside beach, the local forestry administration authority has started a probe into the death of birds.
